I agree. I few months ago, the vid just went green and only does sound. I used to have no problem. What happened?

You need the latest version of Quicktime from Apple OR the free VLC player (www.videolan.org).  You may also need to save the files directly to your hard drive before playing if your connection isn't fast enough to download and play them (the files are not streamed).

This is seriously getting ridiculous. Most of the videos that have been posted in the last month simply do not work. You can do better than this. Are we going to constantly have to go through the hassle of upgrading software simply to access content that we have paid for and with absolutely not warning from the administrator. Come on now.

I would also like to point out that I have downloaded the latest version of quicktime and the videos still do not work.

For anyone still having problems viewing the videos and AFTER you've tried the following two steps, can you please post the URL of the video and your OS (win 95, XP, Vista, OS X, etc) and the version of Quicktime Player you have?

-  Uninstall Quicktime / Reboot / Install latest version of Quicktime from Apple / Reboot

** try loading video **

- Right-click and save the video to your desktop

** try loading video **

(If this works, you just don't have enough bandwidth to download the movie while playing)

OK, I think we've resolved it once and for all.  Seems that certain versions of Quicktime and certain versions of Quicktime DLL's on Windows are not 100% compatible with the specifications for mpeg4.  I think we've gotten the quirks enabled that should allow for the broadest compatibility across operating systems and browsers.

Note, you may need to clear your cache to clear out any older versions of the videos in your browser cache.

For anyone continuing to have problems playing the videos, please use the contact us for or email me for assistance.

Hi Michael, it seems that the new videos you are posting are not compatible for all users. When I click on a video it begins to download as an "flv" file which is an unrecognized format for my quicktime (which is a very recent version).  Can you please post in a different format?
