I am having problems with viewing photographs. I can log in no problem, but seem to have restricted viewing ability. Have re-loaded Firefox, but the opening page still tells me I am using an "un-supported browser". Also, it says I should load Adobe, which I've tried, and failed 3 times to...I'm not that computer literate, but would appreciate some guidance on what to try next.

Ps main issue with photos is when image only presented at one file size. When there are 2 files, I can always open the second, larger one....Any thoughts..?

I'm not sure that I fully understand.  When there are two images, are you unable to open the first one or not launch the original into a new window (which you cannot in any event)?  Loading Adobe would not have an effect in this regard and only potentially would using a beta version of Firefox cause issues.

In any event, the quickest way for support is to use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page as that link sends along some diagnostics that may help resolve your issue.
