Because we do not store any credit card info in our database, we have to comply with the procedures set up by our credit card processors.

For Verotel, their process requires that you cancel any existing rebilling (verotel link) and then once your current subscription period ends, you can add in a new subscription (click "Password-Renew-Upgrade-Cancel" from the "My Account" menu) with your new details.

Note, an unfortunate side-effect of this is that once your "break" the chain of recurring membership, the price plan that you were on may no longer exist as our current subscription rates reflect the increase in costs of the video feeds we've added over time.  If this applies to you, just use the contact form and I'll send you a special url to get a discounted price.*

For ccbill, the process is easier as you can just go to ccbill's site ( ccbill link ), enter your details and ccbill will allow you to change your credit card info on their site.

I realize this is a bit of a pain and I have complained a number of times with no success but encourage you to complain to them as well.

*Note that when we discontinue a price point, we leave it in the system for 12 months before deleting it. If you were on a price plan that is more than a year old, there is a chance that it no longer exists in our system to offer it to you, but we'll be happy to offer the lowest and closest to your original price that we can.

On what main menu am I supposed to click "edit billing profile" from. I guess I am stupid because when I go to verotel it just says "I don't recognize a charge" or "cancel". And I do not see it on your home page.

Hi,

Sorry the verbiage was for the old site.  I've since updated it with the new instructions.  Also, I've sent you the link directly by email.

I am having a great deal of problems updating my credit card information, and the person I called was of no help whatsoever.  Would you be able to send me a link to make the changes.   Thanks.

Did you follow the instructions at the top of this post?  As far as I know, you can't call ccbill or verotel and have them change it.

Go to www.ccbill.com and login with your subscription number or current credit card information.  Then there is an option to update your payment info.  I just updated mine.

I tried to update my credit card using and it will not let me and the reason given is that I already have an account. CCBill sent me an email stating that it is suspended and nowhere on there site can I update the new credit card information and the system will not allow me to do another account.

In your case, it looks like ccbill has already marked your account as 'failed to rebill' before you had a chance to change it.  Just go to our member page and add in a new subscription with your new details.

Tried doing what you said but CCBill is giving me this error; You already have an existing membership to this site.

It is apparently recognizing my name and information. Is it possible to do it direct with them? I have never seen such a thing where you can not update anything.
