If you have a membership that includes video feeds (or vice versa) and want to down/upgrade to a different plan:
You cannot up/downgrade mid-month and can only change plans once your current membership expires.
-- If you're on a recurring membership plan, cancel it using the instructions here.
-- If you're on a one-time membership plan, just wait for the expiration date.
Once your membership has expired, just choose a new plan when prompted upon login or using this link.
Since ccbill / Verotel don't offer a way to switch a plan mid-way through, these rules exist to prevent you from being double-billed in one month for two seperate plans covering the same dates.
