As I've found out in troubleshooting with several users who were having problems logging in, sometimes pictures are worth a thousand words.  So here goes...when I say log in from the home page, here are the exact steps from the homepage to the gallery that I'm trying to convey:

If, after following these steps, you still are unable to get in or do not see screens similar to the above, something out of the ordinary is wrong, so please use the contact us form (which sends diagnostics to the log to aid in resolving the issue) and we'll take it from there.. Hopefully these visuals will help make up for my lack of exact directions in my previous instructions.
