Guys,

In troublehsooting some persistent login or usage issues, I've found out some of you are using (very very very) old web browsers to access the site.  Many of the current web technologies weren't even invented when some of these browsers were produced and so it is alltogether unsuprising that you'd see strange issues when accessing the site with one of these browsers (or almost any even mildly complicated site -- I doubt even my online banking website would come up under some of these browsers).

The good news, 90%+ of you are fine and can safely ignore this.

However, 5-ish percent have browsers so old, you won't even be able to log in and the other 5 will have various layout or usage issues that you may or may not find annoying enough to upgrade.

Even for these 10%, the good news is that if for some reason you cannot upgrade to your native browser (IE, for instance) for whatever reason, you can upgrade to the latest version of Firefox, Safari or Opera for free. Upgrading will also hopefully open you up to a whole new world of websites besides DOC.
