Being a member that doesn't post pictures, but does like to view them in detail, I am not trying to compete with anyone that does post. 

I would like to see a minimum file size enfored, of say  20 to 25K, by not counting those photos as a posting bonus. 

It does no good to find a great picture posted, but is so small it can't be enjoyed, and then end up being annoyed at finding something that looks promising only to find out it's only about the size of a thumbnail or too fuzzy when enlarged. 

It is just my take.

Again, I am not competing so am not envyous of a position on the board and I only want to see viewable pictures, and his are Great!, I just want to see them and be able to download them to my collection!

I think that is a great idea! I post constantly, and pass up quite a few great picks in my hunts that are small or out of focus. I also hate when you expand a great pick, and a blured mess pops up... But I always thought that pictures that don't get a (5) or above get removed. So if we all vote low on them, that should take care of them. But you are right, a person shouldn't get points for posting blured crap we can't enjoy.
