RECESSION SPECIAL

Many of our users have been hit hard by the recession and we want to help out in our own small way. As our tiny contribution to ease the pain; effective immediately and for up to 6 months in total per user:

Recession SpecialIf you've lost your job and would like a free, 3 month account (renewable once) just scan in any documentation that will attest to your loss of income (i.e. severance letter, unemployment stub, etc) and email it to us at doc@dudesoffcampus.com along with your username. The document should be dated within 30 days of the date you're sending it in. Feel free to black out any personal information and also be assured, we'll delete any documents we receive immediately after processing.

We have an upper limit of users we can accomodate but will do our best to fit you in and will prioritize free accounts by length of your previous relationship with DOC.

PREVIEW THE NEW DOCTUBE

Preview the new version of DOCTube here. The new DOCTube provides more movie clips along with the option to see the entire movie, when available, on DOC VOD.

Have a look and let us know what you think! Depending on feedback, we'll either integrate it into the existing DOCTube or replace it altogether with the new version.

Note, the new version is a work in progress and as such, is not formatted or integrated with the look and feel of the site yet.

DOC 4.0

We're busy working on DOC 4.0, our next major upgrade to be released early next year. DOC 4 will concentrate on upgrading the gallery, giving it both a facelift and a much needed internal upgrade of the nuts and bolts.

The upgrade is still in the planning stages and we'll be reaching out to some of you for comments on features that should make the cut.

HELP US GET THE WORD OUT

writeWe're looking for writers to review DOC on popular blogs. In return we'll give you 1,000 DOC Rewards Points (enough for a free month of DOC or whatever else you'd like to spend your points on).

Here's the deal:

letters Write a 100 word review on a blog or review site that has an Alexa Rank of at least 300,000 or less. Submit the url where the review appears along with your DOC username, we'll verify the posting and credit your account with 1,000 DOC rewards points.

ATTN IE 8.0 USERS

A few IE 8 users have been having problems recently staying logged in. This seems mostly to be affecting Vista users.

While we research the root cause of this issue, the workaround is to use Firefox, Opera or Safari temporarily.
